Kendakids Refer a Friend Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Kendakids Refer-a-Friend program allows existing customers to earn reward points by inviting friends to shop with Kendakids.

This program is available exclusively to registered Kendakids account holders.

2. Eligibility

Referrers
• Must have a registered Kendakids account

Referred Friends
• Must be a new Kendakids customer
• Must not have previously placed an order with Kendakids

3. Reward Allocation

When a referred friend places their first qualifying order, both the referrer and the friend will receive reward points.

Points will be credited once the order has been:
• Successfully completed
• Fully processed

4. Redeeming Rewards

Reward points can be redeemed against eligible products on the Kendakids website.

Points:
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred between accounts
• Referring customers must spend a minimum of $20 to redeem their reward. Referred customers have no minimum spend required.

5. Fair Use & Restrictions

To ensure the program is used fairly, the following activities are not permitted:

• Referring yourself using multiple accounts or email addresses
• Referring individuals at the same residential address
• Creating fake or duplicate accounts
• Engaging in fraudulent or misleading transactions
• Sharing referral links on unauthorised discount, voucher, or coupon websites

6. Fraud Prevention & Enforcement

If any suspicious or fraudulent activity is identified, Kendakids reserves the right to:

• Remove or cancel referral rewards
• Suspend or terminate accounts involved
• Cancel any related orders where necessary

7. Program Limits

Kendakids may place limits on the number of referrals or rewards a customer can receive.

Rewards will only be granted for genuine purchases made through the official referral process.

8. Changes to the Program

Kendakids reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Refer-a-Friend program at any time without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the most recent version.
